- personal use only. you may repost the work with credit wherever you wish, but please do not resell or pose it as your own.- i do not allow my work to be used for machine learning / AI art generators.- i reserve myself the right to reject a commission proposal at my own discretion.- payment must happen in full and upfront after i have confirmed your request. at the time being, i only accept paypal invoices. tipping is not mandatory, but appreciated!- bringing substantial visual references is highly preferred. this can be game screenshots, references sheets, photographs, pose ideas, pinterest moodboards, etc. don't be afraid to get specific!- the client will be presented with a rough draft of the work requested, at which time they may ask for edits up to 3 times. should they be unsatisfied with my work and if no agreement can be reached, they will be allowed to drop their commission and be refunded in full. keep in mind i will no longer accept refunds after the early sketch has been approved for completion.- the finished pieces will be posted to my social medias as samples unless requested otherwise. do let me know if you wish to remain anonymous.- time of delivery may vary greatly depending on both complexity of the piece, position in the order list, and eventual irl external factors. regular updates will be given upon request. in the case work progress is stunted by unforeseen circumstances, clients will be informed as soon as possible. if progress can no longer proceed, i will send back a full refund.- base price includes a simple background of your choosing. more complex backgrounds can be requested, but will be subjected to an additional complexity fee. samples of both can be provided at the client's request.- extra characters can be added at +50% of the base price each. an additional fee may be added for very complex designs or props.- if you have something more complex / not included on the price list in mind, reach out and we can discuss your idea!- dm me on twitter with your order or for further inquiries!
